I slightly doubt that the model name "Victor" is correct. I found it in two more or less identical ads from the same jeweler which were published just two days apart. In 1936 the Victor was one of the most popular models (together with the Victoria, remember the big promotion with flyers, display cases and other marketing material) and there were two popular Victors in 1935/1936 which definitely had that name. The smaller being the 1936 advertised. But none of them matches the Quadron 120 and I tend to believe that these two advertisements were just a mixup of the pictures by the jeweler.
This August 1936 ad supports your "Baron" name, the 15J movement and also shows the Victor:
And here we go with another Baron ad from December 1935:
And last but not least Dec, 1935, an advertisement showing it, but nameless. Seems not to be a smart watch, it is radio free, therefore it comes for cheap.
My suggestion would be to stay with the "Baron" name and book the Victor under the jeweler mixup category. What makes me a bit curious is that the price of $29.75 would not support the use of a Quadron movement but would be correct for the plain Victor model.
