Here an announcement which should be refreshed every half year:

The forum software used here does not automatically switch from summer (daylight saving) time to winter time, so every user has to switch individually in his personal settings when the change happens in his individual time zone. As Europe has switched this night European users should change to winter time now while US users should not forget to change next Sunday.
